Who We Are

I started Traverse Learning initially in 2016 when I moved to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a consultancy post as Head of Learning and Development.

This was the role that evolved my experience from operational learning strategy to working at Operational Board Executive with a passion for developing real time operational data to drive continuous performance.

Open my return to the U.K. the company was shelved as the purpose for running a limited company had changed.

In the U.K. I worked as an H.R. Director. I also served as an Operations Director. This resulted in a portfolio career that spans 20 years. It covers learning and development, strategic H.R. and Operations.

Post COVID, I realised that there was a pattern to the conversations that I was having with my network and received many requests to return to my roots and help develop leaders across many varying sectors, this led to the re-formation of Traverse Learning in 2023 and brings us here today.

Over the last few years I’ve been fortunate to work with clients across varying sectors in U.K, Europe and the U.S..

Traverse has grown with the addition of specialists in Finance, Project Management, Organisational Development, Employee Relations, Executive Coaching, Data Analysis in fact, everything that is needed to build governance and set standards or set a mindset for growth we have the team that are ready to listen and partner with you.

Why Traverse? Because it is my belief that Leadership is a perpetual skill and one that, if you believe that you have mastered then you have actually stopped your own leadership journey.

Traversing is moving from one point to the next, it is perpetual, like leadership, it’s always moving, always infinite, like you, like me, like us…
